COSTS

wedding package

Three days, all of the time that you need, before and after, to prepare, execute, and celebrate, including the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and wedding reception. The wedding package includes all of the Farris Wheel, super-sized dance hall, front room with the mesquite bar, and all of the great outdoors.  Use of our tables and chairs (enough for 200 guests) and a blue-tooth speaker is also included at no additional cost.

quinceanera package

Three days, all of the time that you need, before and after, to prepare, execute, and celebrate. The quinceanera package includes all of the Farris Wheel, super-sized dance hall, front room with the mesquite bar, and all of the great outdoors.  Use of our tables and chairs (enough for 200 guests) and a blue-tooth speaker is also included at no additional cost.

Large events

One day: The large event package includes all of the Farris Wheel, super-sized dance hall, and all of the great outdoors. Use of our tables and chairs (enough for 200 guests) and a blue-tooth speaker is also included at no additional cost. The one-day rental can start as early that morning as you need and end by 11:00 pm. If you need an additional day to set up or an additional day to clean up,

small events

One day: The small event package includes the use of the front room with the mesquite bar and white stone fireplace and and all of the great outdoors. Use of our tables and chairs and a blue-tooth speaker are also included at no additional cost. The one-day rental can start as early that morning as you need and end by 11:00 pm.

bunkhouse cabins and kitchen package

One day: The bedroom package includes the use of three Tara Farms bedrooms, right across the parking area. One bedroom has three double beds; a second bedroom has two double beds and is ADA welcoming; the third bedroom has three bunk beds. The fully-equipped kitchen also includes a washer and dryer. 

NOTES for clients’ events, described above:

Payments, using either cash, checks, or Apple Pay, may be divided into thirds; the first third will hold the date; the second third is due within the next 30 days; the balance is due within 30 days of event. Damage deposit, refundable according to terms in lease agreement/contract, is due within 30 days of the event.

If you need additional time to set up on the preceding day, the cost is one-half of the daily rate; if you need additional time to straighten up and clean up on the following day the cost is one-half of the daily rate.

For large events, described above:

*If you prefer for someone else to set up for your event, there is a $500 fee.

*If you prefer for someone else to straighten up and clean up (sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and cleaning the tables and chairs before putting them away) after your event, there is a $750 fee.

*If alcohol is served at your event, you must provide security.

For small events described above:

*If you prefer for someone else to set up the room for you, there is a $250 fee.

*If you prefer for someone else to straighten up and clean up (sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and cleaning the tables and chairs before putting them away) after your event, there is a $500 fee.

big game hunt
